KERB welcomes two exceptional executives to the team

Harriet H.9th July 2021

It is KERB's pleasure to formally welcome aboard two exceptional full-time executives to our team.

Mark Scales, Deputy CEO

Brisbane, Australia

Mark first joined KERB in 2019 in a part-time capacity as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining KERB, Mark worked as a manager in the Internal Audits team at KPMG for three years, as an Associate Partner and the Chief Audit Executive at Crowe Horwath for four years, and was a senior manager in the Internal Audit team at Credit Union Australia (CUA) for three-and-a-half years. Mark is a registered Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business and Managing Organisations), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Mark, given his corporate background in audit, risk and accounting, plus his intimate knowledge of the inner workings of KERB, is perfectly placed to perform the role of 'Deputy CEO', reporting directly to CEO, Rob Brown. KERB is growing rapidly and expanding internationally, Mark will be overseeing the day-to-day management of the fast-growing KERB team.

Nigel Clarke, Chief Revenue Officer

London, United Kingdom

KERB has created a full technology solution that car park operators and commercial landlords want, we now need to get that technology out into the world. Nigel has extensive experience in international sales and marketing, in TravelTech and in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). In his previous role, Nigel was the CEO of MYCAB TRAVEL, an international booking, fulfilments, administration and payments transportation platform. Prior to that, Nigel was Vice-President for Sales and Operations (Europe and the Middle East) for COVISINT, a B2B IOT platform for creating business processes for global car manufacturers and their suppliers; and before that he was Senior Vice-President (Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific) for Asure Software's Sales and Operations. Nigel has extensive experience in building teams and doing business globally, and in taking technology companies from start-up to international scale-up.

Nigel will oversee the Sales and Marketing functions, and will report to Mark Scales.

Please join KERB in welcoming Mark and Nigel to KERB in their respective full-time roles.
